OBJECTIVES:

1. To establish a website for the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro

2. To have an outlet for the club to reach other clubs in the region and the worldand vice-versa.

3. To have a medium where club members are updated to the club’s activities and achievements including other concerns of interest to club members.

 4. To establish a means whereby the community we serve is informed of projectsand other programs undertaken by the club which is beneficial to the community.

STRATEGY:

1. To publish in the website the following:

a. Roster of members of the Club

b. Weekly bulletin

c. Projects to be undertaken

d. Accomplished projects

e. Schedule of fellowships and other activities

f. Links to other Rotary Clubs including Rotary International and e-clubs where members might be able to make up.

g. Links to us the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro which can be accessed by other Rotary Clubs for the purpose of joint projects, grants and other joint endeavors.

h. Create a forum page where members can voice out their opinions and have discussions on issues facing the club. This is a means whereby the leadership of the club is informed or made aware of the views of members.
